1. What is Marriage Registration?

Marriage Registration is issued to both Husband and Wife whose marriage has already been solemnised under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 or Special Marriage Act, 1954 depending on religion.

• Age: Groom 21 Years, Bride 18 Years
• Special Marriage Act applies for inter-religion marriage

2. Documents Required

• Completed Application Form
• Aadhaar Card of both parties
• Date of Birth Proof (10th Certificate/Passport)
• Residential Proof
• Marriage Invitation Card
• Separate Affidavits of Husband & Wife
• Passport Size Photos
• Priest Certificate (if solemnised at a temple)
• Divorce/Death Certificate (if applicable)

3. Application Fee

Application fee is as per Sub Registrar office of respective jurisdiction.

4. Eligibility Criteria

• One party must be a resident of Noida
• Bride must be 18 years, Groom 21 years
• Aadhaar Card mandatory
• Marriage registered within 1 year of solemnization
• Both parties present on appointment day with witnesses
